These spurtles are slightly curved, with a rounded end to ease mixing and scraping in bowls and pans with rounded bottoms and walls. I make the large ones 14 inches from tip to end, I also make them 12 inches, and 10 inches long. I also make a thinner one that is great for scooping and spreading butter, jams, peanut butter, or anything else you may need to scoop and spread.
